The law firm accepts civil, administrative, criminal or arbitrational cases in accordance with the government guide price. The fee standard is classified as the lawyer¡¯s fee standard for common cases and the lawyer¡¯s fee standard for important, difficult or complicated cases. Please refer to the appendix¢ñfor the lawyer¡¯s fee standard for common cases.
The law firm will reach an agreement with the client on the fee standard for important, difficult or complicated cases, which cannot exceed five times of the highest fee standard for common cases. Please refer to the appendix ¢ò for the definition of the important, difficult or complicated cases.
If the law firm agrees to act as agent ad litem for both the first and second trial of the same criminal, civil or administrative case, the lawyer¡¯s fee for the second trial shall be charged within 70% of the fee standard for the first trial.
In case of appealing for retrial, the law firm will negotiate with the client on the fee payable, which cannot exceed the lawyer¡¯s fee standard for the first trial. |
